Built in 1846, main building of Karačonji estate has an elongated rectangular base in a ground floor and a first floor. It’s a type of classicist meadow castle, built outside urban settlements as the most beautiful example of its kind on the plains of Vojvodina and surrounded by additional buildings. Residential building was also a center of property management. Within the estate, there are stables that together with the main building form an architecturally and stylistically unique and well-coordinated unity, while agricultural district – grain warehouse, “kotarka” and administrative building were built later.
