Villa Lipova is placed under the Goč mountain, surrounded by beautiful forest while a small river passes right next to the house. 300m from the house there is an asphalt road following good dirt road to the entrance. The house has living room and two bedrooms, covered terrace for 30 people and separate kitchen of 25 square meters. There is also a pool in the nicely decorated yard with various flowers and summer pavilion with marble table in the shade of vines. Parking is outside the yard.
Location is favorable for filming since it is extremely quiet, isolated from the main road, surrounded by a forest and a forest road passing by the house is rarely used. There is only one cottage near the house, about 300 meters away.
