How to become company member?

All interested legal entities may send their membership application to info@filminserbia.com or through other members of the association. In that case, they need to submit:

• A completed application form (with consent to accept the rights and obligations of members),
• Excerpt from the Business Register Agency,
• Recommendations of two members of the Commission.

Only companies registered as d.o.o. can apply for member status. which have existed for at least 3 years, with properly filed financial reports in APR and which have at least 1 employee, and the company must also submit the CV of the director/producer who represents the company.

The board of directors makes a decision on admission to membership of all new members, after which the new member is obliged to pay the registration fee in the amount of 60 euros and the annual membership fee in the amount of 350 euros, thus acquiring full membership. The annual membership fee is valid for a calendar year and is renewed in January of each year. A new member has the right not to pay the annual membership fee in the first calendar year and has the status of an observer during that period, which means that he has no right to vote, nor can he be elected as a member of the Board of Directors, nor can he use the discounts and benefits that association members have with partner organizations.
