The Business Center “Atrium” is an A-class building, designed according to the highest West European standards. It is located in the center of New Belgrade, beside the City Hall. The building has a net usable surface area of 7200 m2.
The business center “Atrium” has seven floors in the front and 6 in the back, with two underground levels, reserved for garages, then the best quality ventilation, air conditioners, fire safety, flood safety, as well as physical professional security. One of the building’s attractions is its atrium, which separates two construction tracts (business segments), which is lighted by natural light – through a glass roof.
