House is located in Riđica Village, on the border with Hungary, close to Sombor and Apatin cities. The architecture is in “Swabian” style, typical for this area, with a lot of old houses. The village has pharmacy, health center, grocery stores, bakery, primary school, firefighters, post office (old building) and a winery that has been renovated, but does not differ architecturally from the rest of the village. Castle of Kovač family, already registered as a film friendly location, is also located in Riđica.
The house is very spacious. Ceiling height is 4 meters. Doors are authentic, preserved from the period when the house was built. It has five large rooms, large saloon in front of the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, summer kitchen and plenty of extra space. The access to the house is from the street, while parking spaces are on the street, but also in front of the yard and inside of it.
