Old Steam Pump Ranch is located near village Čenta, 37km from Serbia’s capital Belgrade. It is situated between marshlands on one side and farmlands on the other. The main building (800m2) dates from 1890 and is fully restored. Old steam pump occupies most of the building. There is a newer oil pump (1948) in the attached building. Since it was restored for commercial purposes the bar, galleries and commercial kitchen are added with respect for the space esthetics. There are three additional buildings on the property, each with four 80m2 rooms that can accommodate up to three persons. Crossing the channel that runs through the property, there is the owner’s house (200m2) and small staff house. Further down the road there are parking spaces and large hangar (250m2). Also property has a fenced tennis court. The ranch has its own water supply and in case of power outages there is a 500kw power generator.
